INDUSTRIAL CLEANING SERVICES SUPERVISOR

Job Description

• Manage and supervise cleaning operations at sites such as buildings, factories, and offices.
• Ensure service quality meets company standards and client requirements.
• Assign, coordinate, and manage on-site staff.
• Control materials, chemicals, and equipment used in operations.
• Handle issues and customer feedback during service delivery.
• Participate in recruitment, training, and support for new staff.
• Deploy and set up new projects as planned.
• Prepare periodic reports to the Operations Manager.

Job Requirements

• College degree or higher.
• Fresh candidates are welcome – training will be provided.
• Preference for candidates with experience in industrial cleaning, services, hospitality, manufacturing, or related fields.
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• High sense of responsibility and ability to work under pressure.
• Willingness to travel and work at different project sites.

Benefits

• Salary: 12,000,000 – 15,000,000 VND/month
• Probation period: 2 months (85% – 90% salary)

Working Time

• Monday to Saturday
