JOB DESCRIPTION – SALES EXECUTIVE (INDUSTRIAL CLEANING SERVICES)

Job Description

• Identify and develop new customer networks, including offices, factories, buildings, apartments, hospitals, etc., with demand for industrial cleaning services.
• Conduct site surveys and prepare service quotations based on customer requirements and service scale.
• Build, maintain, and develop strong relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and long-term cooperation.
• Monitor and report contract progress; handle any issues arising during service execution.
• Negotiate and finalize contracts with clients, ensuring terms are beneficial to the company while meeting customer needs.

Job Requirements

• College degree or higher, preferably in Business Administration, Economics, Tourism, or related fields.
• At least 1 year of experience in sales (real estate, services, or related industries).
• Preference for candidates with experience in industrial cleaning services.
• Priority given to candidates with relationships or experience working with buildings, shopping malls, factories, and offices.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills.
• Ability to work independently and work under pressure.
